What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or set to be released soon. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before it becomes available. Depending on the product, we may charge the full payment or a partial reservation fee at the time of checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely, and the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged when the item is ready to ship.

How Does Pre-Ordering Work?

  • When you place a pre-order, your item is automatically reserved.
  • The expected shipping date is displayed on the product page, at checkout, and in the confirmation email.
  • Your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available via the shipping method you selected at checkout.
  • If you chose expedited shipping, your order will be prioritized.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I Change the Shipping Address on My Pre-Order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at handsntrading@gmail.com. Since pre-orders may ship earlier than expected, we recommend making any necessary changes promptly.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes, you may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled (shipped). To cancel your pre-order:

  • Visit your online account area, as this is the only secure way to cancel your order.
  • Orders that are successfully cancelled will be automatically refunded.
  • Reservation fees for pre-orders are non-refundable as they cover administrative costs.
  • Any loyalty points, coupons, discounts, or special offers used in a pre-order are non-refundable.

What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

  • If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it for a refund (excluding non-refundable reservation fees).
  • Once a pre-order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

What If My Order Contains a Mix of In-Stock and Pre-Order Items?

  • Any in-stock items will be shipped immediately.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped separately once they become available.
  • There will be no additional shipping fees for separate shipments.
  • If you prefer all items to be shipped together, please indicate this at checkout or contact us to request a hold on your in-stock items until the pre-order items arrive.
